Pixellator: A Day in the Desert with Friends

APOLOGIES - I ACCIDENTALLY POSTED THIS PIC AS VRESIDENT ONLY, SO IT WAS NOT VIEWABLE BY EVERYONE. PLEASE PARDON THAT ERROR AND THE REPOST SO THAT EVERYONE CAN ACCESS THE PIC.

The previous photo showed Mrs. Pix nonchalantly stripping out of her sweater and vest ensemble; here she continues by donning her denim jacket and shorts for some of the upcoming posed pics. (Don’t worry … she stripped again.)

The particular moment caught in this candid photo shows a couple of uncommon things. I’ve mentioned before that this episode took place in early January in the morning in the desert, starting out cold; you can almost measure the temperature here by the stiffness of her nipples and goosebumps!

I also note from time to time that we sometimes modify clothing to make for more “interesting” possibilities – here, you can see inside the denim jacket where a patch of soft felt has been added; this is to make the jacket “nipple friendly”, allowing her to wear it braless without the coarse denim causing irritation. That detail makes for some nice moments, as it allows the girls to be ready for fun at the drop of a hat … or raising of the arms … or bending from the waist … or popping of a button .... or the upward slide of an admiring hand.

Pixellator: Mrs. Pix Takes a Ride

These photos have been a long time “coming”. They are from a birthday party of a friend in our area which Mrs. Pix attended in her birthday suit. That seemed appropriate to us, but as sometimes happens, she was the only nude person most of the time we were there. The circle of people involved generally favor alternative viewpoints and lifestyles with libertine tendencies, so while she stood out, at the same time, we fit in. There came a moment when our friend, the “birthday boy”, invited Mrs. Pix to take a ride on a Sybian which had been set up to one side of the main room. (For those who may not yet know, a Sybian is a motorboat of a vibration toy – a saddle equipped with a heavy-duty variable speed/intensity penetrating vibrator, built for orgasms measured in horsepower.) So ... as all good things must come to an end, so must this little roadside series. If you've been following the story, by this time we had been politely busted by strangers driving by - slowly - with Mrs. Pix being caught completely nude, well away from any possible cover. The interaction passed well, with smiles and nods exchanged, and our visitors were soon gone, having manually open the heavy yellow gate and let themselves through.

With that interaction behind us, we decided to get back on our way and walked back toward our car. But, always one to try to get one last shot, I asked her to pause at the first "Queen of the World" spot and let me get a frontal view. So here you see pretty much everything her body has to offer, including a peek of her bare ass through the thigh gap. I find it nice that the wind cooperated to finish of the episode with a nicely tousled coiffure, nicely capturing the mood of the whole series.

So --- this is not yet the final shot of this series (almost), but it is the pivotal one. In progression from the last shot, which was "portrait" style, I adjusted for a wide view (literally "landscape") to take in the nice rolling green hills as a backdrop.

There are a couple of things to notice: 1) it is a little more evident that the reflector is being used to help brighten her torso and face, which are "warmer" than in the last shot - that's because the prior used the silver side of the reflector and this one used the gold side - we were still in the project bubble experimenting with the reflector, and 2) You'll notice there is a prominent road cut very nearby at left that did not yet appear in any other shots in the series.

Well, it was RIGHT after snapping this pic that a car emerged from from that road cut and we were "busted". We both should have heard or seen the car coming from some distance, but being preoccupied, neither of us did. At this point we were much closer to our surprise visitors than to our car and we had no cover-up for Mrs. Pix, so we had little option but to just smile and wave as they drove by ... very slowly ...

Wonderfully, it didn't seem to bother Mrs. Pix at all ...

Ok, so now things take a bit of a turn, literally. I persuaded here to disconnect from the countryside and pose for me a bit before we took our leave. I particularly wanted to use the nice green hilly backdrop on the leftward part of the overall scene – here with a road cut below her elbow. But there is a tech note here that is very relevant to what happened next. I was shooting her frontally at an angle that mostly shadowed her front side, the sun being mostly over her shoulder. I knew this would mean that her lovely lady shapes and textures would be somewhat dimmed out against the brightness behind her.

I had an “aha” moment – I had a new gadget in the car that I had brought with us to try out on this trip – a collapsible, spring-loaded, pop-out reflector intended for exactly this kind of situation – using the reflector, the natural sunlight can be reflected onto the subject to “fill in” the shadows that would otherwise be darkened or poorly exposed. So, I trotted back to the car to fetch it, leaving her standing there naked, and then on returning popped open the reflector and put it to use for the first time. If you take a moment to notice, you will be able to tell that her body from about her hips upward are showing just a bit brighter than is probably completely natural for this situation – that’s the reflector doing its thing.

So, the mood shifted from just enjoying the natural scene and its sensations to a bit of a “project” mentality, with attention on equipment, camera settings, body positions … still fun for us, but mentally in a bit of a bubble, more focused on tasks than surroundings.

This series aims to bring what I hope might be a breath of fresh air into quarantine. These come from one of our many road trips, literally from the side of the road. We were trundling down the highway in our customary fashion, with Mrs. Pix nude in the seat beside me. I felt inclined to break the monotony of the highway by turning off at a random point to see what we could see “off road”. We followed a side road to where it became less well maintained and eventually came to a heavy gate obviously intended to bar further progress. Being well off the highway at what appeared to be the end of the line, we felt comfortable getting out to stretch our legs and, yes, snag a few photos.

Mrs. Pix was very comfortable and in her element – the sun was brilliant, the air was warm, and there was a warm breeze breaking over the hills that obviously felt good to her, tousling her hair and making her skin feel … well … alive. We posed quite a few shots, many of them managing to catch the mood of how good she felt basking naked.

Well … we both were a little too comfortable and grew inattentive. At a point when we were rather well away from our car, to our surprise, another car came trundling down the same side road. We were too far away to take cover, so we ended up just standing there meekly as the other car came by. Smiles and waves were exchanged. The other car paused at the gate, the passenger got out and opened the gate, just swinging it aside, and they passed through. More waves, and they were gone. Oops.

Hopefully, these shots may help you feel a little of that freshness; something probably all of us can use these days. There are a number of them, maybe a little repetitive; maybe you can find a favorite.

Pixellator: Mrs. Pix – Naked Road Trip

This is a sort of random offering to maybe offer a little relief during quarantine. This wasn’t really recent, but exemplifies what road-tripping is like with Mrs. Pix … in looser times when getting out on the great American highways was more a “thing” than it is right now. This pic is from a random trip, details unimportant, but it shows what happens when we get out on the road with enough miles ahead of us.

Though we have many photos of Mrs. Pix riding naked in the car, only a fraction of them are like this. Here, her missing left foot is, in fact, behind my neck. Sometimes she gets a bit better position and sometimes I get a bit better shot, but this is the best of the "spreads" from this attempt.

One reason for choosing this shot is that I happened to catch her blowing me a kiss. (And yeah, I know some of our male viewers stopped reading that sentence after the words "blowing me".) So ... I loosened up my blurring to let you see her lips. (I said LIPS ... look UP ... the OTHER lips ... jeez, guys ... one tracked minds ...)

Pixellator: Mrs. Pix – Naked Road Trip

This is a sort of random offering to maybe offer a little relief during quarantine. This wasn’t really recent, but exemplifies what road-tripping is like with Mrs. Pix … in looser times when getting out on the great American highways was more a “thing” than it is right now. This pic is from a random trip, details unimportant, but it shows what happens when we get out on the road with enough miles ahead of us.

We have lots of pics like this, but they are mostly poor. Safety is always first, so whenever doing this I am shooting “blind”, paying attention to the road while shooting one-handed in her general direction. [ To be specific, I use a palm-sized camera with a push-button and hold it in my left hand in the upper left hand corner of the driver’s space; I can see the cam in my peripheral vision while paying attention to the road and maintaining normal steering control with my dominant (right) hand - always safe. ] I squeeze off a lot one-handed and hopefully a couple turn out to be salvageable. I have a lot of these with various body parts cut off, but I know what body parts are most interesting. :-)
